Delete your data

Applies to every sign-in method, including Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft and email.

FiveClose keeps very little about you, and most of it lives only on your own device. Here's how to remove all of it.

1. Delete your circle

Open FiveClose, go to your Circle, scroll down and tap Start over. This erases your circle, the people in it and your check-ins from your device.

2. Turn off check-in reminders

On the Circle screen, switch Check-in reminders off, or use the "Turn off check-in reminders" link in any reminder email. To have the copy of your circle that reminders use deleted from our server, email us (step 4).

3. Remove FiveClose's access to your account

• Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → FiveClose → Remove.
• Apple: Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple (or appleid.apple.com) → FiveClose → Stop using.
• Microsoft: account.microsoft.com → Apps and services → FiveClose → Remove.
• Google: myaccount.google.com/connections → FiveClose → Delete connections.

4. Ask us to delete anything we hold

If you subscribed to FiveClose Plus, we keep your email and subscription record, and payment records required for tax (see the Privacy Policy). Email tanjoey@gmail.com from the address you signed in with and we'll delete everything we're not legally required to keep within 30 days, and confirm by email.
