These terms apply when you use FiveClose at fiveclose.com. By using FiveClose you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
What FiveClose is
FiveClose lets you keep a private circle of up to five important people, log your contact with them, and get reminded before you drift apart. It is an early pilot and may change, pause or stop.
Your account
You sign in with Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook or a link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your sign-in and for keeping your account secure.
Inviting people
- Only add and invite people you know personally and who would expect to hear from you.
- When you add someone with an email address, FiveClose emails them one invitation on your behalf, from invites@fiveclose.com with replies going to you, after a notice and a 10-second undo. You're responsible for who you invite.
- Do not use FiveClose to send unsolicited, bulk or commercial messages.
Importing files
Only import files you have the right to use. Files are read by an AI service to find people and contact details; results can contain mistakes, so check details before relying on them.
FiveClose Plus
- What you get: AI import of people from files, and no limit on the number of people in your circle. The Free plan allows up to 5.
- Price: S$49 per year, charged when you subscribe and then every year on the same date, until you cancel. Prices include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Payment: processed securely by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
- Cancelling: cancel anytime in the app under Plan → Manage or cancel subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Refunds: if you're unhappy within 14 days of a charge, email us and we'll refund it.
- After Plus ends: your circle stays as it is, but you can't add more people beyond 5 or import files until you subscribe again.
- Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your renewal.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse FiveClose: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, or use it unlawfully.
No warranty
FiveClose is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Reminders and relationship scores are suggestions, not professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, FiveClose is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data stored on your device.
Ending use
You can stop using FiveClose at any time and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
