Your life in weeks
A reflection, not a countdown · FiveClose
A life of 85 years is about 4,420 weeks. Seen one by one they look like a lot. Seen as a grid they fit on one screen, and the ones you'll spend with the people who matter most are a small part of it. Type your birth year to see yours. Nothing you type leaves this page.

Keep it, and see it per person. In FiveClose, Your weeks keeps your birth year, splits the weeks left into sleep, work, chores, screens and free time with sliders, and works out the meet-ups you have left with each close person at your current pace. Free, no feed, no followers.
Save it in FiveClose →How it's counted
- 85 years of 52 weeks, counted from 1 January of your birth year: whole years lived, then the months and weeks gone this year.
- "With family and friends" takes the hours a week you typed out of the 168 in a week, across the weeks left. Most people spend far more of a week asleep, at work or on a screen than with the people they'd miss most.
- It's an average, not a prediction. The point is to notice where the weeks go while there are plenty left.
What to do with it
Pick the five people you'd most regret losing touch with, and make the small, regular contact a habit: a message every couple of weeks, a standing call, a meet-up a month. FiveClose shows who you're due to be in touch with this week, notices when someone goes quiet, and asks your circle to check on you if you do. See also: how to keep in touch with friends as an adult.
